They bring together savours and conviviality for moments with friends quite unlike any others...

Preparation
In a traditional oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C, gas mark 6 for 5mins.
Heat the frozen samosas for 10 minutes at 200°C.
Serve warm.
Sample with the aperitif, accompanied, for example, by an Isautier punch.
In a microwave oven
Heat for two minutes on medium power in a special microwave dish. Serve warm.
In the frying pan
Place the frozen samosas in hot oil and brown on each side for
1 minute. Drain well. Serve warm.
